FREESTYLE is first: describe a vibe or hit random, get an original creative brief, hook direction, BPM, key and arrangement twist. Then record your take directly in the browser.
A pointless timing game for people who refuse to leave the studio.

COOL 9 / ABOUT
“A record should feel like somebody meant it.”
Independent. Focused on electronic and contemporary music, with one workflow from idea to release. Developed by entrepreneur, producer and artist Zizzo World, with multiple charting releases behind him.
This notice explains how COOL 9 Records handles personal information supplied through this website. It covers visitors, people who contact us, artists submitting material and customers using our services. Use our contact form for privacy requests.
What we collect
We may collect the name, contact details, professional information, message and files you choose to provide through forms; order and transaction details; service correspondence; and technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Payment-card details are entered with the checkout provider, not into a COOL 9 Records form.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, review demos, deliver requested services, process orders, keep business records, protect the site and meet legal duties. The legal basis depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract; legal obligation; our legitimate interests in running a secure service and responding to enquiries; or consent where it is required, including optional marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time through the contact form.
Audio and submissions
Tools described as browser-based process files on your device unless you choose a feature that submits or uploads them. Demo and contact submissions are transmitted for review. You are responsible for the material you submit, including its accuracy, legality, rights clearances and any personal information it contains. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary information about others.
Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you when you use a form, request a service or make a purchase. The website and its providers may also receive device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and technical or security logs. A checkout or platform provider may send us the status and details needed to fulfil your order.
Confidentiality and service providers
COOL 9 Records does not sell submitted demos or publish private submissions. Information may be shared where needed to operate the site or fulfil a request, with relevant service providers, or where the law requires it. Hosting, form delivery, advertising and checkout providers may process data under their own notices. Where UK data-transfer rules apply, appropriate lawful safeguards are required.
Cookies and advertising
Necessary browser storage may keep language, cart or session choices and help the site work. This site includes Google AdSense; advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive device and usage information. Non-essential storage or access technologies require the notice and choice applicable under UK law. You can manage available choices through any site consent controls and your browser settings. Rejecting optional technologies should not prevent access to core site content.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including service delivery, accounting, resolving disputes and legal requirements. The period depends on the type of record. You can ask about a specific record through the contact form.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain uses and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please use the contact form to exercise your rights with COOL 9 Records.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not use submitted information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this notice as our services, providers or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
COOL 9 Records
Terms
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern use of the COOL 9 Records website and any service or digital product ordered through it. A written project agreement, quotation or checkout description may add terms for a particular order. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement controls that project, subject to your statutory rights.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not submit threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful or infringing material; introduce harmful code; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or overload the site; or interfere with another person's use. We may restrict access or remove material where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or rights holders.
Submissions and rights
You retain ownership of music and other material you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights. You confirm that you have all necessary permissions to share it and grant COOL 9 Records and relevant providers permission to handle it only to review the submission or deliver the service requested. Sending a demo does not guarantee a reply, offer, release, distribution or record deal. No ownership or exclusive rights transfer merely by submitting material.
Orders, prices and payment
The service description, price, currency and any taxes or additional charges shown before checkout form part of the order. Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout, currently Stripe where available. An order is accepted when the applicable checkout or project confirmation says so. Keep your confirmation for your records.
Creative services
You must supply material in a usable format and respond to requests for information or approval. Estimated delivery dates may change if inputs or approvals arrive late. Any included revisions, deliverables, usage rights and deadlines should be stated in the service description or project agreement; work outside that scope may need a new quotation.
Cancellation and refunds
UK consumers buying at a distance may have a 14-day cancellation right for services and digital content, subject to statutory exceptions. If you expressly ask for a service to begin during that period, you may have to pay for work supplied before cancellation; the right may end once the service has been fully performed with the required acknowledgement. For immediate digital downloads, the right may be lost only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement are obtained. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services and content remain subject to your statutory remedies. Use the contact form to request cancellation or a remedy.
Tools and previews
Audio analysis, suggestions and generated previews are creative aids. You are responsible for checking the source material, output, rights clearances and suitability before any release or use. Results are not a guarantee of sound quality, commercial performance or platform acceptance.
Intellectual property
COOL 9 Records branding, site content and software remain with their respective rights holders. Rights in commissioned work follow the applicable project agreement; no broader licence is implied.
External platforms
Links to stores, social networks, streaming platforms and other providers are for convenience. Their presence does not mean COOL 9 Records has a distribution agreement with them or endorses their content. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services.
Liability
You are responsible for the content you supply and for decisions you make using site tools or previews. COOL 9 Records does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses from free site tools or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Questions can be sent through the contact form.

Security
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains how information moves through the site and what you should do when sharing material. COOL 9 Records does not publish private submissions. You remain responsible for the content and personal information you choose to provide. No website or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Website and transport
When accessed over HTTPS, traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit. Site hosting and service providers may apply standard access controls and abuse protections. No technical measure guarantees absolute security, so avoid sending sensitive data through general forms.
Files and payments
Browser-based audio processing stays on your device where the tool states that it is local. Contact and demo forms send the information you submit for handling. Checkout card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; COOL 9 Records does not ask you to send card numbers in a message or demo.
Protecting your material
Keep backups, check files before uploading them, and use a trusted device and connection. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share or include unnecessary confidential information. If a third-party checkout or platform is involved, check its address before entering details.
Access and incidents
Operational access should be limited to people and providers who need it for their work. We review reports of suspected misuse or data incidents and take proportionate steps, including any legally required notifications. Avoid putting passwords, payment details or highly sensitive personal data into general contact or demo fields.
Report a concern
If you notice a security concern involving this site, use the contact form and describe the issue without posting sensitive data publicly. Please do not test systems you do not own or have permission to assess.
